Why should you need a Prince2 Health Check? The Prince2 project Health Check is an effective tool designed to:
- Determine whether PRINCE2 is being applied correctly
- List the issues to discuss if your project management method has been appropriately scaled to meet the control needs of the project
- List the issues and check if the right project documentation has been set up for each project
- Put the focus on Prince2 for your project manager
The basics of the checklist are the same:
- Fill in your name and email address;
- Answer the multiple choice questions
- Result of the check is presented,
- and if you indicated that you want the results received by mail: results are send by email.
